Common Bosch Alarm Issues

Keypad Beeping

A beeping Bosch keypad usually indicates a trouble condition. Enter your code to view the trouble list — common causes are low backup battery, mains power loss, or a zone tamper.

Forgotten User Code

User codes on Bosch Solution panels can be reset by a licensed technician with the installer code. Contact us if you are locked out.

Low Battery Warning

Bosch Solution panels use a 12V sealed lead-acid backup battery that typically lasts 3–5 years. We can replace this on site during a service visit.

Zone Fault

A zone fault means a door, window, or motion sensor is showing as open or tampered. Check the zone on your keypad, then inspect the sensor for damage or misalignment.
