Not every model is listed here yet. If you have a Ness, Risco, Texecom, Inner Range, Bosch RADION, or any other brand and cannot find the manual you need, call us directly.
Our technicians work on all alarm brands and can often answer your question over the phone — or we can send one of our team to your property if a site visit is needed.
When the Manual Isn't Enough
Sometimes a fault goes beyond what the user manual can fix. These situations usually need a technician:
Panel Not Responding
If the keypad is blank, frozen or locked out after too many incorrect codes, a technician will need to reset or replace the panel.
Persistent Fault Codes
Fault codes that keep returning after you clear them usually indicate a failed component — sensor, battery, siren or comms module.
Lost Installer Code
Without the installer code you cannot change zones, entry delays or monitoring settings. A technician can reset this for you.
System Not Arming
If your alarm won't arm, there is usually an open zone or tamper condition. The manual can help you identify zones, but if a sensor has failed it needs replacement.
Battery Replacement
Panel backup batteries and wireless sensor batteries need periodic replacement. We carry most battery types and can replace them on site.
Adding Zones or Sensors
Expanding your alarm system requires installer-level programming. Contact us to add new zones, sensors or keypads to an existing system.
