Bosch alarm installer Perth for shops, offices, clinics, warehouses and strata common areas. We install Bosch Solution 2000, 3000 and 6000 panels, take over Bosch systems fitted by other contractors, replace communicators that stopped reporting after the 3G shutdown, and connect them to monitoring.
Bosch Solution is the most common alarm panel in Perth commercial premises for a reason: it is reliable, the keypads are easy for staff to use, and the panels have stayed in production long enough that parts and programming knowledge are everywhere. We install three models, and we are honest about which one a site needs.
A large share of our Bosch work is on panels we did not install. The usual reasons: the original company has closed, the panel has stopped reporting, nobody has the installer code, or a tenancy changed hands and the new occupier inherited an alarm nobody can explain.
A takeover visit confirms the model and firmware, recovers programming access or quotes a controlled reset, checks the battery and siren, lists what is wired against what the keypad says, replaces a 3G communicator if one is fitted, and re-points reporting to the monitoring centre you choose. You leave with user codes that work, zone names that match the building, and the programming backed up.
Bosch panels report over an IP module, a 4G cellular module, or both. Dual-path is the commercial standard: the site network and a 4G link, so the panel keeps reporting when one path drops. The same modules carry the Bosch app, which lets a manager arm, disarm and check status from a phone and receive notifications without a monitoring centre in the loop.
For back-to-base monitoring, the panel reports to a Grade A1 monitoring centre with your contact list, open/close reporting and duress procedures. Sites still fitted with a 3G-only module have not reported since the networks closed; the fix is a communicator swap, not a new panel.
Battery replacement, false-alarm diagnosis, keypad faults, zone and detector repairs, user and code changes and firmware updates are handled as single visits or under a maintenance agreement. Brand-specific repair detail lives on our Bosch alarm repairs page; user guides and keypad instructions are on the Bosch alarm manuals page.
A single shop, office or clinic is usually a Solution 2000 or 3000 with a keypad, a few detectors and a 4G or IP communicator. Sites with several areas that arm separately, more than eight zones, or many users move to the 3000. The 6000 is for large or multi-building sites or where access control runs on the same panel.
Yes. We confirm the model, recover programming access or quote a controlled reset, check battery and siren, list what is actually wired, replace a 3G communicator if fitted, and re-point reporting to the monitoring centre you choose. The panel usually stays; the paperwork and programming are what get fixed.
Most often the panel has a 3G-only communicator that has not reported since the 3G networks closed, or the site changed internet provider and the IP module lost its path. A 4G or dual-path module and an end-to-end test to the monitoring centre fixes it in a single visit.
The app tells you something happened; monitoring makes sure someone acts on it when you are unreachable. Many small businesses run the app alone; sites with stock, cash, staff working alone or insurance conditions use back-to-base monitoring with duress and open/close reporting. Both can run at once.
It depends on the panel model, how many zones and detectors the premises needs, whether it is a new install or a takeover, and the communicator and monitoring arrangement. Send us the premises size, a note on what you want covered and a photo of any existing keypad, and we will quote it.
Premises size, what you want covered, whether there is an existing panel and who monitors it. A photo of the keypad answers most of it. We will quote the install, takeover or communicator swap from there.
