Any of the following require reassessment and revised pricing: two storey or multi-level homes, properties over 300m² floor plan, difficult construction (render, Hebel, limestone, heritage), complex wiring requirements, additional detection zones beyond package scope, regional or remote locations (outside Perth metro), commercial properties, strata or body corporate approval required, customer-supplied equipment, or integration with existing systems.
Access: Clear access to all installation areas required on the day. Someone 18+ must be present for the duration of the install. Pets to be secured away from work areas.
Site Readiness: Property must be in liveable condition. Power and internet must be connected and active.
Scheduling: Basic & Perimeter installed within 14 business days of payment (subject to availability). VIP priority scheduling within 7 business days of payment. Rescheduling within 48 hours of install may incur a $150 rebooking fee.
VIP: Includes 12 months professional monitoring. After 12 months, monitoring renews at standard rate or can be cancelled.
Basic & Perimeter: Professional monitoring available as add-on. Self-monitoring included at no cost.
Fire Detection (Perimeter & VIP): Automatic fire department dispatch requires active professional monitoring subscription.
Equipment: 2 years manufacturer warranty. Installation workmanship: 12 months. Support response: Standard tiers: business hours, 24-48hr response. VIP: priority response.
